As Zavala Law Firm's Managed IT Consultant, I provide ongoing support for the Apple devices its team uses every day. The relationship is built around continuity: maintaining the technology, helping users when something changes, and planning improvements before routine issues become interruptions.

The firm's working environment includes Macs, iPhones, and iPads. My role covers routine operating-system and application updates, performance and storage review, device health, and user support across that Apple ecosystem.
