Joshua Was Born

On March 24, 2005, our family welcomed Joshua, my eldest son—an important family milestone preserved without private details.

After about a year of construction, the house we purchased in 1999 was completed as the home we had imagined.

On April 29, 2000, Veronika and I celebrated an intimate wedding with family and friends who traveled to join us.

On August 14, 1999, Veronika said yes, beginning the next chapter of the life we were building together.

Leaving family and friends in New York was difficult, but the cross-country move opened the next chapter of my life.

Purchasing our first home in 1999 began a longer journey that would eventually include a year-long construction project.
